TTS in ESV is speaking comas and semicolons #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Passage Psa119:1
2. Select Document ESV
3. Menu / More /Speak

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TTS is reading out most comas and semicolons.  This does not happen with LITV 
version of Psa119

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AndBible-0.0.11, Android 2.2, PicoTTS

Please provide any additional information below.
Settings: Show verse numbers, show notes, night mode

Yes, I have noticed this and need to investigate.  I don't know why ESV Psalms 
has this problem and most other books don't.  I suspect it may be due to the 
extra formatting that occurs in Psalms.

Thanks for raising an issue on this.  I will try to investigate before the next 
release.

I found out it happens when punctuation is not followed by a space e.g. "Praise 
the Lord, all nations!Extol him, all peoples!" would say 'exclamation mark' but 
not 'comma'.  

I now add spaces in certain situations and ESV Psalm 117 speaks fine now so 
hopefully this will work elsewhere.
