Automatic yearly postproc for TRANSITION #4

General request for TRANSITION validation

  1. Maps have to be generated for each year and for the total period
  2. Statistics of sat : replace pickle with NetCDF, a NetCDF file for each year
  3. Static: annual and total
  4. Float: tables of biofloats_ms_plotter.py should be
    • calculated over 3 year
    • seasonal, with 2 seasons: winter=Jan-Mar, summer=May-Sep

Validation of floats remains on superfloat (on demand with ppcon)

  1. Create annual ppn for CAFE

To be added Static: remove validation everywhere. Oxygen: only bottles
