Suggest inline branch for LDflex #4

Warning: not to be merged into ldflex, but rather to become a separate branch

Following up on #1, we could have separate branches ldflex and ldflex-inline, where the first one uses the services model, and the second one inlines.

This is what such inlined code could look like.

We probably do not want to take this as-is, but rather first merge #2 and #3 and then rebase.
