patch file error #154

i am working on windows by installing git on my machine Getting the following errors after executing -> git commit -m 'Create Patch File'

error: pathspec 'Patch' did not match any file(s) known to git error: pathspec 'File'' did not match any file(s) known to git

please help

Hello, i have resolved the issue ,it was due to single quotes in create patch file command Thank you!!
