• Validate and clean collected data to ensure accuracy.
• Design and create dashboards for project metrics.
• Develop templates for regular reporting on data and model performance.
• Begin working on tuning parameters for existing models under guidance.

• Continuing with existing limited data sources and manual validation, which is inefficient.
• Using generic dashboards and reports that do not cater to our specific project metrics.
• Applying default model parameters, which may not yield optimal performance.
