Removal of MSM methods #136

Thanks for your great work on this package! I noticed that the MSM refinement methods were removed in the 2.2.0 version released on CRAN in June. I am wondering why the MSM methods were removed, given that Appendix A in the 2023 AJPS paper recommends using MSMs to estimate the effect of a stable policy change and that the forbid.treatment.reversal argument still exists in the package?

Hi @jlgleason , thanks for catching this. It seems like I may have removed this on accident. We are currently working on a bunch of updates for version 3 and MSM will be re-implemented as a part of those changes. Sorry about this, but thanks again for catching it.
