add Feature "Include-Following" #1

The configuration-file parser should be aware of the sematics of "Include"-directives i.e. also parse the included files.

a first draft has recently been committed...

ok -SyntaxElement is now aware of dirrente files -it seems to work

TODO -make the classes aware of different files (Quest 3, 4, 5a, 5b, 7, 11b)

ok, I think for now we're ready with adding this feature the rest will be handled by other issues

(everything mentioned in the above comments is done)
