add Feature "HTML Reports" #2

Automatically generate a report with problems marked and explained as .html file.

a basic version is working now but it's not ready yet 'cause there aren't all subfeatures tested and used for now.

we're doing better by now. But all questions need some additionally work to benifit from this feature

ok we should write a hidingParagraph in Quest 5 (maybe including a and/or b), 8, 10, 11 and 12.

boiled down to Quest 10 and 12

-instead of writing a hidingParagraph for Quest 10 I clearified the other output a bit -Quest 12 done
