look for a lightweigth portable fire&forget container. Jetty?

tomcat is in use for now

but an easy way to set it up is still needed

Seems like the apache License allows modified redistribution, so I think it's the best that I set up a working tomcat with Cochise deployed. Then just zip it and put it for download.

By the way HTTPS will be a pain in the ass.
