Ask for a reason #53

If you wanted you could get through many questions without even reading them you just need to hack "yes". One could aske the user now for a specific reason for that decision (if yes). That reason would be included in the protocol.

Maybe then the user will fear a review of this protocol (if he just entered garbage as reason).

I decided not to make this an API feature, I will change the Questions manually.

It does not make sense to ask for a reason in Quest2 and Quest11a. Maybe it does make sense to ask for a reason in Quest9b. It definitely makes sense in Quest4 and Quest7 - working on these...
