hack: backport make experiment.value not required #171

https://github.com/inspirehep/inspire-schemas/pull/169 needs to be backported to schema version 32, otherwise no record will be valid.

It happened as inspire-schemas==32.1.2: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/inspire-schemas/32.1.2

Note that this will also need to happen as inspire-schemas==33.0.2 and inspire-schemas==34.3.2.
