Map resizing not working #346

The map doesn't resize when the dimensions are changed in the properties tab. If trying to resize while tiles are placed the tiles disappear.

Also, after resizing the map, tiles that are placed are not visible in the level editor but are visible in preview mode

The way canvas is done has been changed so this should no longer happen
