Allen has released a huge dataset mapping cell types in the entire mouse brain.

We want to use this resource in the task-force. The goals are two-fold:

create fast resource for our task force and embed in IBL tools
review the data release standards by Allen

[x] read a few papers
[x] download the Cell atlas data (part of it) and recreate some Allen tutorials
[ ] reformat in volumes like the gene expression atlas, or create recipes to do so
[ ] document the gene expression atlas creation (commit scripts in iblatlas, add a readme eventually documentation)
[ ] boyscout law: int-brain-lab/ibllib#635
