Update CI/CD #9

Currently this repo automatically builds and deploys new versions to the informaticslab channel on anaconda.org. Master continuously pushes to a dev label and then on tag a release is pushed automatically and to PyPI.

The credentials for these are likely still tied to me.

Would be good to update these to the intake channel and update the credentials to be someone else's.

I suggest simply removing the auto-push, unless someone want it.
