Phase Check falses on fast breaking #300

What is the problem? I got a high enchanted efficiency pickaxe, due to fast breaking it seems some block breakings are not registered and result in invisible blocks.

What's the context the issue occurs in? Environment: 1.20.1@764,Paper@git-Paper-297 (MC: 1.20.2),5.1.1-SNAPSHOT,14.7.0 Client is actually 1.20.2

A new prototype will come live today or tomorrow. Since it should fix most bugs and the system is entirely different, this issue should be fixed by design. If not please reopen this issue. Thank you for reporting!
