Please update install instructions to include the new libmfxgen1 package.

Should it replace libmfx1? Or should be added in addition to it? Should it be added to all distros?

It should be added in addition to. libmfxgen1 supports platforms starting from TGL (gen12+), libmfx1 provides runtime for the legacy platforms (pre-gen12).
