Add dummy of 2.4 API for vts supporting test. #713

1/ Add the API dummp getDisplayConnectionType 2/ Add dummy for the 2.4 new Display Attribute: ConfigGroup When asking ConfigGroup in display attributes, return 0. 3/Before setting the EDID/ModeConfig, checking the config is a valid one.
