Merge OpenAI Triton commit `1d5fdfe` #2621

This PR change the Triton base from https://github.com/intel/intel-xpu-backend-for-triton/commit/78c8054298a81f578dcd8c79b519981c57dfb665 to https://github.com/intel/intel-xpu-backend-for-triton/commit/1d5fdfe9772cac77d675ea7798145fe467e63526 (Oct 28). Pass rate: 99.83%

Please do not squash and merge this PR.

@whitneywhtsang @alexbaden to speed up the synchronization process with the main branch of Triton and as a result get the necessary changes for https://github.com/intel/intel-xpu-backend-for-triton/pull/2478 to reduce the diff, I decided to modify the tests in https://github.com/intel/intel-xpu-backend-for-triton/pull/2621/commits/0290b6c308d597c14ee57b6dddfebd66bfc1520f until https://github.com/intel/intel-xpu-backend-for-triton/issues/2603 is fixed.
