IRIS: Make Language modifier backward compatible with Caché #44

This is similar to #42 and #43.

But this time it's related to the modifier [ Language = objectscript ].

It seems that Caché doesn't recognize this language as valid, so there should have a way for IRIS to recognize both instead of updating it to its last format revision.
