introduced Samples-BI setup and support for docker #8

With this pull request Samples-BI will be able to run in IRIS Community docker container with all the classes and data loaded and built in "HF" namespace. To test do the following: git clone the https://github.com/evshvarov/Samples-BI docker-compose build docker-compose up -d
