Are you referring to this example? http://wiki.ros.org/find_object_2d#A3D_position_of_the_objects
Well, you can have find-object UI opened at the same time than RVIZ to see when the object is detected. If no object is detected, the corresponding TF won't be published.
cheers, Mathieu
Hi,
I am facing the same issue, the Find_object UI is able to detect the object but unable to see the TF on RVIZ
How can I fix this ?
Are you using a RGB-D camera? Without depth image, it won't compute any TF. See http://wiki.ros.org/find_object_2d#A3D_position_of_the_objects
hi, i have done exactly same as it it is to be done but using rviz, i am not able to see object from camera link, any suggestions ???
