Add filter for libraries based on tag #642

Problem statement I want to be able to filter library on industry tags, like aeronautics, OT, AI, appsec, automotive, finance, healthcare, privacy, cloud, ...

Expected behavior

  1. Add tags to each library
  2. Allow filtering on tags
  3. Show possible tags somehow (tooltip, ...)
