Simplify this rule to not be @media not all https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio-app-rdm/blob/692cf2d322e1681b3c462f117839717372979097/invenio_app_rdm/theme/assets/semantic-ui/less/invenio_app_rdm/theme/globals/site.overrides#L39

Needs to be well tested on all screen widths to not break the site!
