I feel a nice edition would be to have the APU exhaust effect applied to the MD-11since the APU exhaust is projected out the lower right side of the aft fuselage, very different when compared to other airplanes in the sim which either send it straight out the back (PMDG 737, Aerosoft CRJ, Etc) or off the left hand side (PMDG 777).

APU running exhaust effect applied to when the APU is running, at both min and max load. It would be fitting to have the exhaust effect grow as the APU revs up in preparation for engine start
Describe alternatives you've considered
The main engines already have this effect, so all it would need is for it to be applied to the APU exhaust
Additional context
PMDG, Fenix, Aerosoft all use the effect for the APU on their airplanes, it would make sense to bring it to the MD-11 as well
