[BUG] - Pause at TOD various issues #1708

Describe the bug

Resuming the flight after pause, engine sounds are missing. If EFB is stowed, after the sim is paused, it cannot be unpaused as the EFB cant be brought out again. Also reported by many people that the whole Pause at TOD doesnt work.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Fly with the Pause at TOD enabled.
  2. Hide EFB
  3. Try to open EFB
  4. Observe engine sounds after pause
  5. Observe if pause engages or not

Expected behaviour

  1. Make EFB to auto popup when Pause at TOD is enabled OR add a clickspot in the cockpit to unpause
  2. All the sounds to resume normally after pause
  3. Pause at TOD to work under all the conditions
