Setting HUE value is taken much too delayed / not directly and as unconfirmed #552

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Setting HUE value is taken much too delayed. This is bad when using e.g. in JARVIS as the light selector will first jump back, even that the color is changed at the lamp

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set hue.0.-GroupLightName-.hue to any value
  2. Value is written back to value before + r g b and sat is changed as well
  3. Wait for several seconds
  4. Value is taken confirmed BUT not exact the same as triggered

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

  1. Set hue.0.-GroupLightName-.hue to any value
  2. Value is taken unconfirmed, no other value will be changed
  3. Value is taken confirmed after next poll
