a) There seems to be an inconstency at license decalaration:

  2) Validate the package files
       Compare contents of package.json and io-package.json
         The license matches:

      AssertionError: expected 'EPL' to equal 'MIT'
      + expected - actual

      -EPL
      +MIT

b) License text at README.md seems to match MIT License but not EPL License
