OH color item support is limited to HSB. The Color item has to support OnOff, Percent and decrease/increase #15

The OH Color item is mapped to IOB using the string format and RGB value. OH can send Percenttype, OnOffType and Increase/Decrease-Type for color items. That shall be supported also.

At least OnOff and Percent has been added. Not sure if increase/decrease is needed. Therefore this issue can be closed. If increase/decrease is needed, another issue can be opened.
