Why is weatherunderground.0.forecastHourly.[0-35]h.fctcode always null?

Describe the bug
All mentioned values are null. I tried that on various stations

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Check the values in the object tree

Expected behavior
There should be numbers (codes) in this field
