Update the README document to add more detail about the project and system architecture #94

Got a start on improving the README to explain the project in more detail. Added information from presentation slides. Provided relevant links to models and software where possible.

There is certainly still room for improvement. A few idea I had:

  1. Fill out the CloudFlow README further
  2. Under "I Want to" add a link to "Learn more about cloud sandbox". Who does one contact?
  3. Add a link to a sign-up sheet that Lynker has been working on
  4. How does one get their model into cloud sandbox?
