Block page/result instead of websites on the search. #254

I think just blocking a specific result would be more helpful instead of blocking the whole website. Currently we can block page too using ublacklist but we should swap the process to block page/result and block website

To block a specific page, use a rule such as *://example.com/path/to/specific/page.
