Hello, I have a problem with sending shimmers from the application. A balance has been blocked and I cannot recover it. In wallet 1 I have 24,000 SMR in an unknown state. And in wallet 3 I have 7500 SMR, in "claimed" status,

I wish I could get them back

The funds are blocked
