Revisit Python and Go SDKs #1428

Please check if the Python and Go SDKs for SUI work properly with our stack. If so, we should consider linking to them in the wiki, and possibly forking them to avoid the brand clash with SUI.

Ideally we pay the maintainers a grant to maintain compatibility with IOTA too ;)
