In my opinion the Spammer tab should not send the Start or Stop command by clicking the "Enable button".
Its a bit confusing in combination with the Apply button at the bottom.
Maybe its better to never disable the elements on that site, and just send a Start or Stop command by clicking the "Apply" button?
And it should also display which values are currently active, instead of mixing them with the user changed parameters in the same text fields?
