APIClient is broken for Rails App < 3.0 #78

Because Rails::Railtie is not defined in Rails::VERSION::MAJOR < 3.0, requiring 
 'google/api_client/railtie' in a Rails app < 3.0 will cause a constant 
undefined error. Maybe there should be a nicer fallback for Rails version < 
3.0?
