WACZ (ZIP file alias) support #66

Context

WACZ (Web Archive Collection Zipped) is a file format specification for web archives created by Webrecorder and recommended as an acceptable format by the Library of Congress and National Library of Norway. Support for the format has been added to Keka for macOS as of 1.4.0

User Needs

Most folks that use WACZ files will want to view them through the ReplayWeb.page viewer, but advanced users who require access to WARC files (components within the WACZ that actually store archived web data) need a way of extracting them. As the name suggests, WACZ files are fundamentally ZIP files and can already be opened with 7zip if the user knows that's what they are! Making this easier for those advanced users by adding it as a supported filetype would give archivists using Windows an improved first time user experience with 7zip for this purpose.
