Acceptance Criteria

[ ] As a owner of a repository that runs a job in jenkins, I should be allowed to cancel those jobs
[ ] As a contributer to a repository that runs a job in jenkins, I should be allowed to cancel those jobs

[ ] Make sure Github Authentication is setup correctly for passing AC
