Works with https://github.com/ipfs/go-ipfs/pull/4530. Shouldn't break builds that don't generate the reports (tested locally)

These are changes to the legacy go-ipfs job, that is on it's way out. I'll apply this patch together with https://github.com/ipfs/jenkins/issues/81 instead.
