[ ] quickstart (core functionality, demo using alignment, get a tree, display the tree)
[ ] what's available
[ ] demo running in parallel in a notebook (add a few apps to filter alignments by length, number of taxa, etc..)
[ ] listing available * (models, rate het classes, state frequency representations, optimisation settings)
[ ] model finder
[ ] demo modularity (using cogent3 paralinear distance matrix with piqtree_nj, and using piqtree_dist to get JC)
