Paypal invoice confusion #274

From a user:

  1. You should emphasize that there are now two csv files. I was only aware of the PayPal version and did not look carefully at the file name.
  2. Very difficult to find the batch invoice function on the PayPal website. I finally went back to your old HELP function and clicked on the link.
