timestamps return as negative numbers #3

notice it attempts to set -157... / 'wed dec 31 1969' I cant seem to uncover any way to fix this.

Upon further inspection..i honestly dont understand what's taking place. it will report that there's "No server suitable for synchronization found" or do what's quoted above, and then still set the time correctly enough for TLS webpages to load again.
