Launching UA Desktop from a shortcut starts a new instance when it is already running in the notification tray

Start UA Desktop and hit the X to minimize it to the notification tray. Click a shortcut either pinned to the taskbar or in the start menu. This launches another instance rather than re-opening the existing instance as expected since it's still running down there.
