Typical millennial humbug wanting dark themes for everything.

Describe the solution you'd like

a -Theme parameter like the one in UD would be nice.

Describe how this would improve your Universal Automation Quality of Life

While Superficial, offering customization options is always an easy win.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Inverting the colours of my screen.

@leeberg we need to think about what to do with our colorful cards at the top of the dashboard page. I wonder if they're gonna look weird on dark themes. Just a thought.

Well, I was going to make an issue of those colors at some point. They are not entirely web friendly (sorry!).

Quickest solution: just add theming, and let the colors be.

Quick solution: add theming, and replace the screaming colors (sorry!!) with something equivalent from the pastel palette (https://colorhunt.co/palettes/pastel)

Best solution: Theming + load the color #values from an config file that admins can edit.

We could even have some UA specific themes that derive from the UD ones if we wanted to continue to have some styled components like that. But maybe I'll just futz around with using the standard UD themes for now and toning down the screaming colors. 😆

Anyways, yes we should be able to hook in themes and all that to make it look nice and boring 💕
