We should allow identities to be assigned default roles. These roles should configure who has access to what functionality. To start, let's have the following default roles.
Administrator (full access)
Operator (full access, execution, etc)
Viewer (readonly access)

We should be able to assign roles to identities. When an appToken is generated, that user should get that role.
