Personal Details On Form (Registration Component)

Need:

• A name, either full name or first name or preferred name
• Date Of Birth
• Email
• Height
• Weight
• Password

Will add a new form after account registration main form that asks about:

• Branch (Required)

And another that asks about:

• Height (Optional)
• Weight (Optional)

After this a "payment" process instead of register button.

This button registers member and sets member expiration date to currentDay+1month,

If the current date is past the expiry date and they try to enter gym deny access & if they login and past expiry date ask for renewal / auto renew?
