TailwindCSS + DaisyUI UI Overhaul

TailwindCSS, PostCSS, DaisyUI NPM packages are now dependencies.
Changed
UI has been adjusted to work with Tailwind CSS for more contained styling.
Forms now use DaisyUI form components, iconify functionality still working.
Removed
Redundant Styling.
Nits
Responsiveness needs to be implemented, the original CSS wasn't responsive either, so this is a backlog item.
