ISSUE

refers to #29

PIN wasn't being generated for unique PIN generation for access to the gym and online portal

FIXES/ADDITIONS

Generates a PIN using the last 2 digits of their birth year, month and generates 3 random digits from 000 to 999 Example format: YYMMXXX Example output: 0404356
Catches errors with registering
If PIN exists it will create a new one until one that's been created has been found

Needs to catch infinte loops if PINs reach capacity i.e can not create a new PIN
Display user friendly errors on register page
Display a loading message on the register page in case PIN generation takes time or the request takes time due to internet speeds
