39 Encrypt pin

Changes

Added Pin class to lib/server
Methods (currently static)
- create (public)
- get (public)
- generatePin (private)
- generateEncryptedPin (private)
- isValid (private)
- decryptPin (private)

Generates a plaintext pin value and encrypts it using aes-256-gcm before storing it in the database with the IV and auth token with the key as an environment variable.

Issues

Resolves #39
