Unnecessary permutations during compile #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Before adding gwt-cal to project set property user.agent to gecko1_8 for 
compiling only Firefox permutation. Compile GWT only 1 permutation compiled.
2. Add gwt-cal to project along with gwt-dnd required module.
3. Compile again, GWT is compiling for 8 permutations instead of one. To 
prepare production ready app, 48 permutations are being compiled instead of 6

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Too many permutations being compiled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gwt-cal 0.9.2, gwt-dnd-3.0.1
