Time axes in a horizontal view #138

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

Description of the new feature:

Use Case:
It would be nice to have the option to show the events in a horizontal line
(the time axes in an horizontal view). With this option it would be possible to
see more than just a few events directly on the screen. Overlaps would be found
much easier and the short description would be easier to view.

Assumptions:
1. It might be handy to see more than a few events that are at the same day to
see when events overlap each other.
2. The vertical view is much better to view longer events on an standard (16:10
/ 16:9) Screen.
3. With this option it is not necessary to open every event to see what's the
topic of it because the short description could be a bit longer.

Do you already have a solution in regard of the horizontal google calendar view?

In the meantime, we developed a small lightweight (only horizontal) calendar.

It looks like a gantt chart on a daily basis (without any relations of course)
